Prestige Group launched 3 housing project 1 commercial project in the first quarter
Bengaluru-based real estate developer Prestige Group has launched 3 housing projects in the April-June quarter with an estimated revenue of Rs 12,000 crore. These projects are in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Mumbai and have a combined developable area of 17.16 million square feet.
The firm has also launched one commercial project in Bengaluru with a developable area of 3 million sq ft. Further, they have a launch pipeline of Rs 60,000 crore worth of housing projects (subject to approvals from the government).
