PM Modi flags off country's first hydrogen train in Jind
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday (17th July) flagged off the country's first hydrogen-powered train in Jind, Haryana. The train will run within the state on the Jind-Sonipat route covering around 90 kms.
The total time of the journey will be around 2 hours, and there will be 12 halts: Jind City, Pandu Pindara, Lalit Khera, Bhambeva, Ishapur Kheri, Butana, Khandrai, Gohana, Rabhra, Lath, Mohana Haryana, and Barwasni. The railway is expected to announce the commercial operations of the train soon.
