Mathura township project: Nimbus projects signs for the project
Real estate developer Nimbus Projects has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the Mathura township project. Spread over 25 acres, the residential township project is located at Neemgaon in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
The MoU is signed with M/s Kaamag Private Limited, M/s Maayin's Real Estate Private Limited, and landowner Sooraj Kumar. As per the updates, the project will be developed under a 50:50 revenue-sharing model, with Nimbus handling planning, approvals, and construction.
