88,343 sq ft office space leased by Lenskart in Delhi
Eyewear firm Lenskart Solutions Ltd has leased 88,343 sq ft of office space at Worldmark 6 in Delhi's Aerocity for 9 years. The leased space is located on the eighth floor of the commercial tower.
The firm will pay a monthly rental of Rs 1.86 crore with a 15% rent escalation every three years. As per estimates, the total rental outgo for the lease period will be Rs 232 crore.
