4.5 lakh sq ft office space leased by Blackstone COE India in Bengaluru
Subsidiary of Blackstone Inc., Blackstone COE India Private Limited has leased 4.5 lakh sq ft in Bengaluru. The space is spread across 10 floors of Prestige Lakeshore Drive for a period of 5 years.
The space is leased from Prestige Beta Projects Private Limited with a 15% rental escalation every three years. Monthly rental will be Rs 4.16 crore, and the total rent for the period will be Rs 264.58 crore.
