Jamnabai Narsee International School signs leased agreement worth Rs 800 crore in Mumbai
Narsee Monjee Education Trust-managed Jamnabai Narsee International School has signed an agreement with Shri Bhanbai Nenshi Mahila Vidyalaya. The 30-year built-to-suit agreement is for the development of a new international school campus in Juhu.
This lease deal is signed for Rs 800 crore and covers 2.36 acres of land reserved for education and a playground. The space also covers a campus to be built by the charitable trust to the school's specifications before being handed over for operations. The 300,000 square foot campus will be built by Jamnabai Narsee International School.
