Asia's first Hydrogen Train: PM Modi to flag off the train in Jind on 17th July
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to flag off Asia's first hydrogen-powered train from Jind, Haryana, on 17th July. Deputy Speaker of the Haryana assembly, Krishan Lal Middha, announced about the event and said that the PM will also dedicate and lay the foundation stones for several major development projects across Haryana.
Among these projects are:
- 34-km stretch of Ambala–Kala Amb greenfield expressway
- Bhiwani and Narnaul medical colleges
- Kurukshetra elevated railway track
- Haryana section of the Delhi–Katra expressway
