Adani-IHC joint venture to develop integrated aluminium complex in Odisha
The joint venture (JV) of Adani Group and UAE-based International Holding Company (IHC) has plans to develop a mega integrated aluminium complex in Odisha. This project, worth Rs 1.10 lakh crore, is the largest foreign direct investment (FDI) commitment ever received by Odisha.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Industrial Promotion and Investment Corporation of Odisha (IPICOL) and IHC in the presence of the Odisha Chief Minister for the development of the project.
