114,950 sq ft office space leased by Executive Centre India in Delhi
Office space solutions provider, The Executive Centre India, has leased more than 1.14 lakh sq ft of office space at Worldmark 6 in Delhi's Aerocity. The space is leased for a period of 9 years with a total rental outgo of Rs 309 crore.
The firm has leased the entire seventh floor, along with 115 car parking spaces, for which it has signed an agreement with Alborz Developers Ltd.
