Smartwork leases space to UK based firm in Pune
Office space solutions provider Smartwork has leased over 930 seats in Pune to the India-based subsidiary of a UK-headquartered global professional services and technology firm (name of the firm not disclosed).
This space is leased for 5 years with a total rent outgo of 58 crore over the lease period. The client has made this lease in addition to the previous lease, taking the total seat count with Smartworks to 1,730 seats.
