Luminous Power to invest Rs 2,000 crore in solar manufacturing
Gurugram-based solar energy firm Luminous Power Technologies has plans to invest Rs 2,000 crore over five years. The firm is looking to expand its solar and energy storage manufacturing operations and is establishing a 1.2 GW solar cell manufacturing plant at Gopalpur in Odisha.
The firm is also looking to establish an advanced energy storage manufacturing facility in Odisha and aims to expand its energy storage capabilities alongside its existing lithium-ion battery operations.
