400K sq ft of office space leased by Genpact in Gurugram
US-based IT firm Genpact has leased 400,000 square feet of office space at ASF Insignia in Gurugram, Haryana. The firm has leased the entire Kings Canyon Tower, which is a dedicated commercial building within ASF Insignia, in a multi-year deal.
The firm will pay around Rs 420 crore to Rs 450 crore for the space lease.
