Kolte-Patil Developers launches new real estae project in Mumbai
Real estate builder Kolte-Patil Developers has announced the launch of its new residential project. The firm has launched the boutique project named Serenova in Versova, which is spread over 0.8 acres. As per the firm, the project would offer 2-and 3-bedroom residences that start at Rs 3.2 crore.
The project is in proximity to the Versova Metro Station, Andheri Railway Station, and multiple metro corridors, and Jamnabai Narsee and Billabong High, hospitals like Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani and Nanavati Max, and shopping destinations including Infinity Mall and Citi Mall, are all within proximity.
