Kolte-Patil to redevelop 6 properties in Mumbai
Real estate developer Kolte-Patil Developers will undertake the redevelopment of six housing societies across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). The developer expects to generate total revenue of Rs 6,000 crore from these projects.
According to The Economic Times (ET), the societies are located in Santacruz West, Andheri West (Lokhandwala), Oshiwara, Versova, Ghatkopar East, and Vashi.
