Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has launched the Teen Hath Naka Traffic Improvement Project, worth Rs 200 crore. The project aims to decongest one of Asia's busiest traffic junctions and improve mobility across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). It is expected to be completed within 18 months.
The project will make four of the seven major traffic movements at Teen Hath Naka signal-free, significantly reducing travel time and easing traffic congestion.
