MHADA gets 2,553 Sqm land in Nashik for lower income housing development
The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has received 2,553 sqm of surplus land in Makhmalabad from the district administration. According to ET Realty, MHADA is planning to develop a lower-income housing project for nearly 200 families.
The idea is to develop 170 dwellings with areas of about 40 sqm and 50 sqm. A detailed final plan will be finalized soon.
