82,823 sq ft office space leased by ArcelorMittal in Hyderabad
Steel maker ArcelorMittal has leased over 82,000 sq ft of office space in Hyderabad's Financial District. The space is leased for 5 years, as the firm is expanding its Global Capability Centre (GCC) footprint in India.
This space is leased from Ramaswamy Shravan Kumar at a monthly rental of approximately Rs 47.21 lakh and a 15% rent escalation after 25 months. The total rent outgo for the duration of the lease would be over Rs 35 crore.
