Notandas Realty signs agreement for redevelopment project in Mumbai
Real estate developer Notandas Realty has signed an agreement for the redevelopment of Mon Bijou in Bandra West, Mumbai. According to ET, the redevelopment project will comprise a residential tower with a construction area of approximately 4,914 sq. metres on a plot measuring about 788 sq. metres.
The company will invest ?100 crore in the project and estimates a revenue potential of ?300 crore.
