Salasar Techno acquires EMC Ltd for Rs 178 crore
Construction engineering company, Salasar Techno Engineering Ltd (STEL) has completed the acquisition of EMC Ltd through an insolvency process. As per STEL total acquisition cost of the engineering, procurement, and manufacturing (EPC) firm is Rs 178 crore.
