M5 Mahendra to develop a residential project in Bengaluru with an investment of Rs 350 crore
Bengaluru-based real estate developer M5 Mahendra Group has plans to develop a new residential project named Mahendra Solterra in Ananth Nagar, Electronic City Phase II, Bengaluru. The project is part of the larger Mahendra Aarya development, a 17-acre-31-gunta masterplan in Electronic City.
The firm will invest around Rs 350 crore in the project that will be spread over 8.4 acres. It will comprise 522 three-bedroom apartments across six towers and has an estimated gross development value of Rs 925 crore. According to the firm, the project will offer apartments that will range from 1,354 sq ft to 2,029 sq ft, with prices between Rs 1.35 crore and Rs 2 crore.
