Black Rock Hotels aims to scale up to 4,500 keys by 2031
Jaipur-based Black Rock Hotels has plans to scale up its operations. The firm plans to expand its portfolio to 4,500 hotel rooms by 2031 as it eyes an initial public offering that year. Currently, the firm operates 7 hotels with about 950 keys that work on a revenue-sharing model, paying owners 25% of gross revenue.
Under the expansion, the firm is also looking to launch its first owned property with 241 rooms in Udaipur by March 2027.
