Order worth over Rs 1,000 crores bagged by KEC International
RPG Group's flagship firm, KEC International, has bagged new orders worth Rs 1,002 crores. These orders are bagged by the firm's various business verticals, specifically the renewable energy, transmission and distribution, and transportation sectors.
The transmission and distribution (T&D) business has secured orders across India and the Americas, which include a 500 kV HVDC transmission line. Further, an order for 132 kV cabling works and the supply of towers, hardware, and poles has been received.
In the renewable energy sector, the firm bagged an order for a 100+ MW Wind project in Southern India. The transportation business has also secured two orders in the technologically enabled automatic block signalling (ABS) segment in Southern India. Other orders came from the cables and conductor sector.
