Acquisition Of Columbia Asia Hospitals By Manipal Health Get's CCI's Nod
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has given its go-ahead to the 100 percent shareholding acquisition of Columbia Asia Hospitals (CAHPL) by Manipal Health Enterprises (MHEPL). The MHEPL is a part of Manipal Educational and Medical Group that operates a network of hospitals. CAHPL is a private healthcare company providing affordable, accessible health care that started operations in 2005.Â
CAHPL which is a part of the international healthcare group, international healthcare group, operates a chain of 11 multi-specialty hospitals and one teleradiology business.
