Arnya Real estates and Casagrand launch AIF worth Rs 750 crore
Arnya Real Estate Fund Advisors, in partnership with real estate developer Casagrand Premier Builder, has launched an alternative investment fund (AIF). The fund, Arnya Real Estate Fund III – Preferred Capital, is a Category-II AIF and has a corpus of Rs 750 crore.
This AIF will invest Rs 75 crore and Rs 200 crore across 8-10 projects through a preferred equity investment structure. According to ET, the fund will focus on real estate opportunities across Chennai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.
