GE Vernova emerges L one bidder for Powe Grid's project in Rajasthan
GE Vernova T&D India has emerged as the lowest bidder (the only bidder) for the Power Grid's project in Rajasthan. The work covers the Barmer II– South Kalamb high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission line.
The scope of work involves setting up two 3,000 MW HVDC terminal stations using line-commutated converter (LCC) technology, along with the design, supply, and execution of the project.
