Nexus Select Trust to develop a mall and hotel project in Guwahati
Mumbai-based publicly listed retail real estate investment trust (REIT) Nexus Select Trust has marked its entry into Northeast India. The REIT will acquire a Grade-A mall and hotel in Beharbari, Guwahati, Assam.
According to reports, the Trust will acquire 100% of Guwahati’s upcoming Galaxy Complex for Rs 1,600 crore. The project comprises a 0.5 million sq ft mall and a 164-key Hyatt Regency hotel.
