Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar buys 3.86 acres land in Lonavala
Renowned ex-cricketer Sachin Tendulkar has acquired over 3.9 acres of land in the hill station Lonavala in Maharashtra. Sachin acquired it through three transactions with separate conveyance deeds for a total of Rs 70 crore.
According to ET, the total area is 15,601.78 sq m, or around 1.68 lakh sq ft, and the largest transaction is valued at Rs 63.69 crore for land spread across around 3.09 acres. The other transaction is valued at Rs 4.56 crore, covering 2,302.27 sq m of land, while the third, worth Rs 1.75 crore, covers 803.93 sq m of land.
