Axis Energy and Lumara join hands to develop solar project in Kurnool
Renewable energy firm Axis Energy has partnered with Lumara to develop a 400 MW solar power project at Nandipadu village in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. Under the partnership, Axis Energy will undertake the complete engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) works for the project.
In addition, the company will develop a 400 kV pooling substation (PSS) and an associated 400 kV transmission line to connect the solar project to the Kurnool III CTUIL substation. The project is expected to be commissioned by 2027.
Lumara Energy is a renewable energy platform launched by global asset manager Brookfield Asset Management.
