Saint-Gobain plans to launch 100 plants in India
French multinational Saint-Gobain is planning to have at least 100 plants in India over the next five years, as the company seeks to capitalise on the growing opportunities in sustainable construction.
The company currently operates 82 facilities in India and has recently committed to investing €1 billion in the country. As part of its expansion plans, Saint-Gobain will make significant investments in gypsum and insulation and set up a new plant for glass wool and stone wool.
