Himachal Pradesh CM inaugurates 500 kw solar project in Mamling
The Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, virtually inaugurated a 500-kilowatt ground-mounted solar power project in Gram Panchayat Mamlig, Solan. This project is developed with an investment of Rs 2 crore under the Green Panchayat scheme.
Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Limited would purchase electricity from the project at Rs 3.50 per unit, as reported by ET Energyworld.com. It is expected to produce nearly eight lakh units annually.
