L&T Realty buys 2.5 acres land in Delhi
The wholly-owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro (L&T), L&T Realty Developers Ltd (LTRDL), has acquired a 2.5-acre land parcel in central Delhi. This land was acquired in a deal worth Rs 200 crore.
As per updates, the firm plans to develop a boutique luxury residential project on the site. This comes after LTDRL purchased a 100% stake in International Green Scapes Ltd (IGSL), acquiring a 20-acre land parcel in Gurugram with a development potential of about 3.6 million sq ft.
