Serene Communities launches new senior living project in Shyadanahalli
Senior living real estate developer Serene Communities has entered Mysuru with the launch of Serene Sagara in Shyadanahalli. The new launch is an independent senior living community spread over 2.02 acres.
The project is developed in partnership with Astor with an investment of over Rs 80 crore. As per the firm, the project is a ground+8-floor development that comprises 112 residences. Units are designed with natural light, ventilation, and privacy, and include senior-friendly features such as anti-skid flooring and edge-free finishes.
Serene Sagara also houses a 15,000 sq ft clubhouse with spaces for wellness, recreation, dining, and social engagement.
