TruNativ F&B leases commercial space from Amitabh Bachchan in Mumbai
Nutrition and wellness brand TruNativ F&B Private Limited has leased three floors in a commercial building owned by Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan. The company has taken the space on a five-year lease in the Signature building on Link Road in Oshiwara.
The leased space has a combined carpet area of approximately 8,428 sq ft, with a monthly rent of Rs 33 lakh. According to the agreement, the rent will increase by 5% annually.
