74,037 square feet office space leased by Julius Baer in India
Swiss private banking firm Julius Baer’s India arm, Julius Baer Global Enterprise Services (India), has leased 74,037 square feet of office space in Mumbai. The space, located on the seventh floor of Waterstones Business Park in Andheri East, has been leased for a period of five years.
The company will pay a monthly rent of Rs 1.55 crore, with a 5% annual escalation, taking the total rent outgo to Rs 102.6 crore over the five-year lease term. The space will be used for the firm’s global capability centre (GCC) and commercial back-office operations.
