5,682 sq ft office space leased by Kripa Electronics in Mumbai
Audio-visual equipment importer and distributor Kripa Electronics has leased 5,682 sq ft of office space in Andheri East, Mumbai. The company has signed a five-year lease agreement with Shivbhoomi Corporation for Units 801 and 802 on the eighth floor of the commercial development.
The office space has been leased at a fixed monthly rent of Rs 23.01 lakh. Including a 5% annual rent escalation, the total rent outgo over the lease period is estimated at around Rs 14.80 crore.
