Brookfield India and Prime Offices Fund sign agreements to acquire office space in Mumbai
Real estate investment trust (REIT), Brookfield India Real Estate Trust, has signed binding agreements with NCW-managed Prime Offices Fund. These agreements are for the acquisition of office space in Mumbai for an enterprise value of Rs 1,700 crore.
As per the agreements, the 50:50 joint venture (JV) will acquire the 264,000-square-foot Grade-A office space located in G Block of Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC).
