Manav Sardana buys penthouse worth Rs 271 crore in DLF's Gurugram project
Entrepreneur Manav Sardana set the record with the purchase of property in Gurugram. Sardana has bought a penthouse at DLF's project The Dahlias for Rs 271 crore, making it the costliest single-unit transaction in the country. The property has 10,500 sq ft of carpet area.
Notably, businessman Madhusudan Kela bought a flat in the same project for Rs 120.7 crore.
