UrbanVault adds 1 lakh sq ft workspace in Chennai
Managed office space solutions provider UrbanVault has added 1,00,000 sq. ft. of workspace across three properties in Chennai. The properties are Olympia Teknos and UV IPL in Guindy, and Ceebros Chambers on Velachery Main Road.
According to reports by ET, Ceebros Chambers spans 50,000 sq. ft. across S+4 floors and can accommodate up to 1,200 seats. Olympia Teknos spans approximately 15,000 sq. ft., while UV IPL spans approximately 25,000 sq. ft., with both properties spread across S+4 floors.
The firm's national portfolio now stands at more than three million sq. ft. across over 80 centres. UrbanVault expects its annual revenue to cross Rs 350 crore in FY27.
