Green SM leases 4 lakh sq ft parking space in Greater Noida
Vietnam-based electric vehicle (EV) taxi firm Green SM has leased around 4 lakh sq ft of space in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The space is leased for parking 1,050 cars and five containers (designated for EV charging infrastructure)
This space is leased in the basement of a building named Golden Grande, Sector-19 in Greater Noida. The space is leased for 5 years with a total rent outgo of Rs 15.5 crore and a monthly rental of Rs 23.38 lakh.
