Parmesh Construction buys 5.6 acres of land in Srinagar
Consortium of Pahalgam Green Hotels, a J&K firm, and Bhutani Infra Ltd, Parmesh Construction has acquired a 5.625-acre parcel around Srinagar’s stalled commercial complex in an auction for Rs 421.75 crore.
The land is strategically positioned behind Kashmir Golf Course and opposite Polo View, a pedestrian-only high-street market lined with cafes and boutique stores, with Dal Lake and Lal Chowk in proximity.
