ASK Property Fund plans to invest Rs 300 in real estate projects in Ghaziabad
Blackstone-backed real estate private equity and alternative investment fund, the ASK Property Fund, has plans to invest Rs 300 crore in two residential projects in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
According to updates from The Economic Times, ASK Property Fund has committed to BRV Group’s 4.7-acre development in Vasundhara and KW Group’s 1.5-acre development in Indirapuram. The fund has also signed a platform arrangement with Bhumika Group for Rs 500 crore.
This comes after the firm exited its investment in Shriram 122 West, a residential project in Chennai, last month, realizing Rs 340 crore on an investment of Rs 215 crore.
