Prestige Estates signs JDA for new residential project in Gururgram
Bengaluru-based real estate developer Prestige Estates has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) with a landowner to build a new residential project in Gurugram, Haryana. According to the developer, the project will have a saleable area of about 2.8 million sq ft and an estimated revenue of Rs 5,600 crore. More details about the project are awaited.
