Gaurs group eyes Rs 2,000 crore revenue from real estate project near Noida International Airport
Real estate developer Gaurs Group is targeting a revenue of Rs 2,000 crore from its new premium housing project in the Yamuna Expressway region. The project, located near Noida International Airport, spans 12 acres and its phase 1 features 950 units across 20 lakh sq ft, priced at Rs 8,000 per sq ft, with apartments starting at Rs 1.9 crore.
This project comes after a 250-acre township on the Yamuna Expressway launched by the Gaurs Group.
