3.45 lakh sq ft office space leased by Accenture in Pune
Irish tech firm Accenture has leased 3.45 lakh sq ft of office space in Pune. The space is leased at Phoenix Millennium Towers in Wakad for 10 years and spans five floors of the tower. Accenture will pay a monthly rental of Rs 2.52 crore with 15% rent escalation every three years.
The total rent for the lease period will be 355.4 crore. Earlier, the firm had leased the 13th and 14th floors, with the lease commencing in August 2026.
