World Trade Centre: MEA plans to lease the sapce at the building
The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) is planning to lease out space at the World Trade Center in Nauroji Nagar, in Delhi. Currently owned by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), the Rs 247 crore office space is lying vacant.
MEA plans to lease at least one of the two floors at the property. This comes after NIOS purchased the office space in 2021 and took possession in March 2024, but it has yet to move its operations there and has been scouting for tenants.
