Prestige Estates chalks out investment plan worth Rs 15,000 crore
Bengaluru-based real estate developer, Prestige Estates, has plans to invest around Rs 15,000 crore this fiscal in the construction of residential and commercial projects. As per updates from The Economic Times, the investment will be targeted across South India, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, and Delhi-NCR.
As per the firm, around Rs 9,500-10,000 crore will be invested in housing projects and Rs 4,500-5,000 crore for commercial projects, including office complexes and shopping malls.
