529,533 sq ft office space leased by TVS Motor in Bengaluru
The largest 2-wheeler maker in India, TVS Motor Company, has leased approximately 529,533 square feet of super built-up office space in Bengaluru. This space is located at Gardencity IT Park in Hebbal and is leased for a period of 10 years.
TVS will pay a monthly rent of around Rs 4.7 crore, which translates to Rs 564 crore over the full 10-year term.
