Spree Hospitality signs 8 new properties across four cities
Bengaluru-based hospitality firm Spree Hospitality has signed eight new properties across 4 states during Q2 FY27, strengthening its expansion pipeline. According to the firm, these properties are located across: Maharashtra – Kolhapur, Karjat, Pune, Jaisinghpur, Indapur; Goa – Goa; Punjab – Zirakpur; Odisha – Angul.
Spree is pursuing an expansion strategy focused on building long-term partnerships with hotel owners while bringing its operating systems, brand standards, distribution capabilities and guest-centric approach to a growing portfolio of hotels and resorts.
The newly signed properties are expected to commence operations within the next six months.
