Polaris IT Tower: Keralam government leases 1.31 acres for the project
The state government of Keralam has leased 1.31 acres of land to Caspian Techparks India Pvt. Ltd. The land is allocated for the development of the Polaris IT tower park, with an investment of Rs 150 crore.
The proposed 17-storey IT tower will be developed in the non-SEZ area of Infopark Kochi Phase II. The estimated time for completion of the project is around 3 years.
