Kotak Realty invests Rs 800 crore in real estate projects in Gurugram
The real estate arm of Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Limited, Kotak Realty Fund (KRF), has invested Rs 800 crore in residential real estate projects in Gurugram. The investment has been made in Smartworld Sky Arc and Trump Residences, both located in Sector 69.
The two projects have a combined gross development value (GDV) of more than Rs 8,200 crore. According to the company, the funding is part of KRF’s partnership with Smartworld Developers, which is promoted by the Bansal family and is an affiliate of M3M India.
